Microgreens

Our microgreens are grown using only water with a 6.0 PH

Seeds, pads and all equipment are cleaned and sanitized with H2O2

Pads (made out of natural coconut fibers) and seeds are soaked and then seeds are spread on the pads

They are covered and kept at a controlled temperature and humdity

  

The seeds are watered until they sprout and grow some

The trays are placed under LED lights

After few days the microgreens are to eat

The microgreens are live and maybe kept in a refridgerator on a plate with water to keep the pad moist

Use a knife or food scissors to cut the microgreens

Eat them straight

Or toss a hand full on everything from eggs   to sandwiches.
