Our mushrooms are locally sourced, commercially viable mushroom varieties, well suited for production in the southeast. These mushrooms are grown in specially prepared blocks of hardwood and soybean. The blocks are colonized then transferred to a temperature and humidity controlled, LED light, fruiting chamber. They are harvested and delivered direct to the consumer, ensuring flavor and freshness.
